How Much do Manufactured Homes Cost?

How Much Do Manufactured Homes Cost?

One of the most common questions we get is: “How much does a manufactured home actually cost?”

The short answer is: It depends on your needs, preferences, and the lot you plan to build on—but we’re here to make the process clear and easy to understand.

🏠 Home Pricing – Where It Starts

As a retailer for Kent Manufactured Homes, we offer a range of single-section and multi-section homes that can be customized to fit your budget and lifestyle.

Here are some real examples to give you a starting point:

    • Standard construction & finishes
    • Surface-mount foundation (includes blocking, tie-downs, vinyl skirting)
    • Plumbing & electrical hookups
    • Waste disposal
    • Starting at approx. $182,000 + HST
  • Multi-section home
Example: The Snug (1,088 sq. ft.), including:
    • Standard construction

    • Plumbing & electrical hookups

🧱 Foundation Options

  • Frost-wall: More permanent.  Typically included in our modular home pricing.
  • Full basement: For added space.  Typical upgrade costs starting at approx. $35,000–$45,000 depending on the size of the home
