- Single-section home
Example: The Bayfield (960 sq. ft.), including:- Standard construction & finishes
- Surface-mount foundation (includes blocking, tie-downs, vinyl skirting)
- Plumbing & electrical hookups
- Waste disposal
- Starting at approx. $182,000 + HST
- Multi-section home
Example: The Snug (1,088 sq. ft.), including:- Standard construction
- Frost-wall foundation
- Plumbing & electrical hookups

🧱 Foundation Options
- Surface-mount: Most economical; includes blocking and skirting
- Postech piers: Typically adding approx. $10,000 to the price of a mini home.
- Frost-wall: More permanent. Typically included in our modular home pricing.
- Full basement: For added space. Typical upgrade costs starting at approx. $35,000–$45,000 depending on the size of the home
